LD Acoustics Manufacturer (HK) Limited was formed in 2012 as a manufacturer of high quality and performance drivers, and since that time we have specialize in custom premium drivers and systems.


LD is a privately owned company, Headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Xinxu town Huizhou City, China
Our talented team of Engineers, Production, Quality Control and Project Managers have been working in speaker industry developing and manufacturing many of the most demanding and highly recognized brand names around the world.


We do both ODM and OEM, some of our product range:
- Drivers (tweeter, mid-range, woofers)
- Home audio systems (in-wall/in-ceiling, Outdoor speakers)
- Car speaker system


Engineering:
-Our Acoustical and Mechanical engineer use software and working experience to help smooth product development process even for the most complicate speaker system. And working together with the other departments go over the critical items to ensure a successful project.  


Production:
-We currently have 6 multipurpose production lines and 2 work cells, which allows monthly 350,000 pieces speaker production. We use automatic glue dispenser to have product consistency and we follow lean manufacturing to keep costs low.
 

Quality Assurance:
-To ensure customer satisfaction, we are an ISO9001:2008 and TS 16949 certified company, we monitor and deploy QC testing and verification all along from the development process, pilot run and Mass production this way we can monitor the product meets your exact requirements.
